Hallow's Eve
Shadows of a thousand years rise again unseen, Voices whisper in the trees, "Tonight is Halloween!-Dexter Kozen
Last night was halloween, and I missed the party. I was on the road between two cities, driving back and forth. The lights were eerily darker than usual. My radio on a very low volume, I could hear the wheels turning on the asphalt of the road I was taking. silence enveloped my car, and for a first time in a very long while i didnt turn up the volume of my music. Instead i just drove and enjoyed the multiple eerily convenient sounds of the movement of my car towards Dubai. I had enjoyed my silence with excitement pumping through my veins.
I dont know what it is about Halloween that makes my heart skip with joy, makes everything so worthwhile.
