What's in a Restless Soul anyway?

Why do I keep surprising myself?
I do lay awake most nights, despite being exhausted beyond comprehension, and I am very aware of every breath I take, every quiet moment, just staring into darkness?
Still why am I concerned with what I can identify as? A lot call me restless...sometimes i call myself restless. And as far as i know any sense of restlessness is a sign that your soul is ready to grow.
Answering the call of my soul most days comes in the form of creative expression, such as writing, painting, dancing or travelling. I identify with that as my natural process in aligning myself with my life's purpose.
When I don’t take a hint, the growth I need is thrust upon me.
On a deeper level you are already complete. When you realize that, there is a playful, joyous energy behind what you do. ~Eckhart Tolle -
