My Healing Journey: The forms you must take
Never fear the form you must take as you are evolving. I feel too many women are afraid of losing familiar parts of who they are, and thus becoming unrecognizable to themselves and those around them should they move forward from seasonal spaces.
Recognize when your identity is incapable of growth in a place. Let's embrace progression for all it means: things we must lose, people who can't join us, how we must adjust, codependency we must surrender, comfort zones that will be stripped, and new ways in which we must think. These are morbidly necessary elements to our evolution, and they make us powerful.
In order to pursue new light we must be willing to momentarily (if not seasonally) lose sight of our shadow.
This is the journey.
